Deputy Director of Grant Management and Revenue

Responsibilities

• Oversee the review and verification of contract-related expenses to ensure compliance with federal, state, and city regulations
• Supervise a team of Revenue Analysts responsible for analyzing contractor budgets and expenditures
• Analyze contractor fiscal practices and performance to identify financial risks or noncompliance
• Evaluate and interpret federal, state, and city rules, regulations, contracts, and budgets
• Develop and implement internal controls and systematic review procedures for expense verification
• Ensure the preparation and submission of revenue claims and supporting documentation
• Prepare and present fiscal and contract performance reports to leadership and oversight entities
• Serve as a liaison to State and Federal oversight agencies for fiscal reviews and audit responses
• Support oversight of Capital Budget contracts to ensure alignment with approved scopes

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree and four years of professional experience in program evaluation, contract management, or public administration; or
• High school diploma and six years of professional experience in related fields; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of eighteen months in an administrative, managerial, or executive capacity or supervising professional personnel
