About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and management of finance systems and processes
- Supervision and management of Finance Associates, Finance Coordinator, and Call Time Manager
- Manage and build fundraising events across Texas
- Work with Finance Director to develop major donor programming
- Work with the Finance Director to grow and scale the campaign’s fundraising operation in accordance with the finance plan
Requirements
- Two cycles of campaign experience preferred
- Ties to Texas or knowledge of Texas politics and labor organizations preferred
- Interest in and knowledge of Democratic politics
- Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Familiarity with GSuite, Microsoft tools, Numero, and NGP
- Access to reliable transportation
