Deputy Director of Enterprise Applications

Responsibilities

• Translate architectural direction into actionable technical plans for the development team
• Lead the design and implementation of solutions using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure, and SQL Server
• Manage a team of software developers providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship
• Conduct technical reviews of solution designs, code, and infrastructure
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and environment management
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
• Maintain clear technical documentation for systems, APIs, and architectural decisions
• Collaborate with the Chief IT Architect, project managers, and QA teams

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science and 3 years of IT experience (including 18 months in a managerial capacity)
• OR Baccalaureate degree and 4 years of IT experience (including 18 months in a managerial capacity)
• OR High school diploma and 6 years of IT experience (including 18 months in a managerial capacity)
• Proven experience in applications development, systems development, or database administration
• Experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET, C#, and Azure
