Responsibilities
- Participate in defining the sales point strategy as a member of the management committee
- Lead, supervise, coach, and develop team skills to achieve collective performance
- Guarantee commercial strategy and revenue development through indicator analysis and action plans
- Ensure customer satisfaction regarding the shopping experience and commercial relationships
- Manage cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of managerial and commercial experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and drive results
- Proficiency in activity management, performance monitoring, and project management
- Interest in professional distribution and the food industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Mobility within the Marseille area
