Deputy Director

Responsibilities

• Participate in defining the sales point strategy as a member of the management committee
• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop team skills to achieve collective performance
• Guarantee commercial strategy and revenue growth through indicator analysis and action plans
• Ensure customer satisfaction regarding purchasing experience and commercial relationships
• Manage cross-functional projects

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of managerial and commercial experience in B2B or B2C environments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in activity management, performance monitoring, and project management
• Interest in professional distribution and the food industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Mobility within the Grand Lyon area (Limonest, Vaulx-en-Velin, or Gerland)
