About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Global Technology Sourcing Support Operations and achieve operational excellence
- Drive ongoing optimization for shared services provided from the ICC
- Deliver YoY productivity as per targets defined by Global Leadership
- Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for IT& Telecom, HR & Prof Services, and Temp Labor
- Drive global Technology and professional services category strategy
- Meet relevant KPIs and Service Level Agreements
- Propose and optimize ways of working by leveraging tools and GCC team setups
Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in Procurement
- Proven track record in Indirect Procurement (Technology and Professional services)
- Experience within an FMCG environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and category sourcing approaches
- Proven leadership track record
- Excellent analytical, computer, and systems skills
- Familiarity with e-sourcing tools like Ariba or Archlet
- Familiarity with CLM systems such as Selectica
