About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate high levels of engagement with the campaign’s messaging across new media platforms
- Translate messaging guidance from senior leadership into strong digital amplification plans on tight deadlines
- Coordinate closely across departments to execute strategy across digital platforms, ensure message consistency, and manage relationships with external partners
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in political communications, social media management, journalism or another relevant field
- Deep social media expertise and strong instincts for what content travels online and why
- Existing network of political surrogates and strong networking skills
- Proven experience producing quality deliverables under tight deadlines and high pressure
- Strong written communication skills in concise, shareable formats
