About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks, accountability systems, and compliance initiatives
- Perform data analysis using the DYCDConnect system to monitor contracts and incident reporting
- Maintain internal reports and dashboards related to risk management and accountability trends
- Manage the tracking and resolution of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and Strategic Action Plans (SAPs)
- Support the development and improvement of processes to mitigate agency risk
- Facilitate training and professional development to foster consistency in risk management practices
- Partner with internal divisions and external vendors to advance shared accountability goals
Requirements
- Master's degree in physical, biological, environmental, or social sciences, or public health
- For higher levels: Doctorate with one year of supervisory/research experience, or Master's with three years of research experience
- Proven experience in data analysis and project management
- Ability to manage complex compliance and accountability processes
