About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks, accountability systems, and compliance initiatives
  • Perform data analysis using the DYCDConnect system to monitor contracts and incident reporting
  • Maintain internal reports and dashboards related to risk management and accountability trends
  • Manage the tracking and resolution of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and Strategic Action Plans (SAPs)
  • Support the development and improvement of processes to mitigate agency risk
  • Facilitate training and professional development to foster consistency in risk management practices
  • Partner with internal divisions and external vendors to advance shared accountability goals

Requirements

  • Master's degree in physical, biological, environmental, or social sciences, or public health
  • For higher levels: Doctorate with one year of supervisory/research experience, or Master's with three years of research experience
  • Proven experience in data analysis and project management
  • Ability to manage complex compliance and accountability processes
