Deputy Department Manager Goods Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the goods management team in the depot as a deputy
• Plan personnel deployment and support team development
• Coordinate goods receipt and manage replenishment of the picking zone
• Ensure timely and complete customer deliveries through efficient dispatching
• Assist with expiration date (MHD) control and goods placement when necessary
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal quality assurance standards (e.g., HACCP)
• Support the optimization and further development of logistics processes

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in trade or logistics (e.g., Wholesale Merchant, Logistics Specialist)
• Previous leadership experience in a comparable position
• Experience in the food sector (e.g., fresh produce or delicatessen)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
