Deputy Department Manager Delivery

Responsibilities

• Act as an interface between delivery and other departments of the wholesale market
• Communicate directly with customers regarding deviations and changes
• Ensure product availability through information exchange
• Perform analyses and reports to improve delivery processes
• Implement quality improvement measures with colleagues
• Maintain substitute items and coordinate with customers and customer managers
• Visit customers as required

Requirements

• Completed gastronomic or commercial training
• Professional experience in delivery and ideally food logistics
• Very good German language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems
• Organized and customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work accurately and remain solution-oriented under stress
