Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the proper functioning of the Delivery Department
• Ensuring the correct process for customer deliveries
• Achieving business goals and indicators
• Coordinating the delivery team's activities within the hall
• Effective management of the subordinate team
• Seeking opportunities to optimize customer delivery processes
• Collaborating with sales representatives to develop sales
• Collaborating with transport companies and working on transport cost optimization

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education
• Minimum one year of experience in distribution (logistics) or sales
• Minimum one year of experience in a managerial position
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of the FMCG market is welcome
• Enthusiasm and commitment during daily work
