Deputy Customer Experience Director

Responsibilities

• Deploy innovative commercial action plans to enhance the customer journey
• Propose omnichannel initiatives centered on customer needs
• Analyze performance indicators and implement action plans to improve the customer experience
• Ensure revenue development and achievement of economic objectives
• Support team skill development regarding commercial postures and METRO solutions
• Manage and federate a multidisciplinary team around collective performance and a strong customer culture

Requirements

• Managerial and commercial experience in a B2B or B2C environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in activity piloting, performance monitoring, and project management
• Interest in professional distribution and the food industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Pack and digital tools such as CRM
