Deputy Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones
• Monitor project progress and report on performance, risks, and potential delays
• Manage project scope, costs, and resources while following up with stakeholders for timely execution
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, review technical documents, and maintain accurate project records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 7–10 years of professional experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or industrial sectors
• Strong expertise in project planning and scheduling using MS Project or Primavera
• Solid knowledge of construction management principles
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure
