Deputy Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Serve as a program manager for high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, driving execution and accountability across teams
• Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for CEO meetings, synthesizing key insights, risks, and recommendations
• Act as a central liaison across the organization to facilitate communication and drive clarity on priorities
• Support CEO communications, including internal messaging, external communications, and social media
• Partner with the VP of Corporate Development and IR on key strategic projects
• Plan and execute high-impact events, meetings, and engagements for the CEO and the broader organization

Requirements

• 3-6 years of professional experience (e.g., consulting, investment banking, business operations, military leadership, or high-level executive support)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information
• High level of discretion and experience handling sensitive, confidential information
• Ability to work in-person 5 days a week at the Boston HQ
• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks
• Demonstrated ability to operate with urgency, ownership, and accountability in high-intensity environments
