Responsibilities

• Own whole pieces of People & Operations end to end including recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, events, and vendor management
• Act as a trusted second to the Chief of Staff and executive team
• Build and run systems to keep a fast-growing team organized
• Support the executive team with preparation, coordination, and follow-through
• Handle ambiguous, unowned problems with high autonomy

Requirements

• 4+ years in operations, chief-of-staff, or a high-ownership generalist role
• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
• Exceptional judgment and follow-through
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage wide scope
• High level of discretion and trustworthiness regarding sensitive company matters
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco
