Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic initiatives and manage high-priority projects and collaborations
  • Brief the Commissioner and Chief of Staff on key matters
  • Draft, review, and synthesize materials for executive decision making
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, policy memoranda, and briefing materials
  • Coordinate information flow within the Executive Office across HRA, DHS, and DSS leadership
  • Represent the Commissioner and/or Chief of Staff at internal meetings and briefings

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree
  • Four years of experience in management, administration, labor relations, or research and analysis
  • Minimum of one year in a responsible managerial or administrative capacity
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
