About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic initiatives and manage high-priority projects and collaborations
- Brief the Commissioner and Chief of Staff on key matters
- Draft, review, and synthesize materials for executive decision making
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, policy memoranda, and briefing materials
- Coordinate information flow within the Executive Office across HRA, DHS, and DSS leadership
- Represent the Commissioner and/or Chief of Staff at internal meetings and briefings
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree
- Four years of experience in management, administration, labor relations, or research and analysis
- Minimum of one year in a responsible managerial or administrative capacity
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
