Deputy Chief Industrial Auditor

Responsibilities

• Prepare audit scopes and agendas to ensure operations align with management system requirements
• Conduct industrial audits by leading interviews and collecting evidence with the support of an audit team
• Prepare and distribute audit reports and evaluate the relevance of post-audit action plans
• Monitor the execution of corrective actions and ensure formal documentation of closures
• Help prepare annual audit plans and train entity lead auditors to improve competencies
• Support continuous improvement of industrial audits in accordance with GP15 standards
• Participate in root cause analysis for major incidents and contribute to HSE plans and campaigns
• Review mandatory procedures, emergency response plans, and group document implementations

Requirements

• Engineering or technical degree, or equivalent
• 2-3 years of audit experience at an entity level
• Strong knowledge of HSE, process risk, and industrial operation domains
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Willingness to travel across the AMEI cluster (Africa, Middle East, India, and Kazakhstan) for physical audits
• Strong analytical thinking, synthesis skills, and the ability to influence and convince

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the French language
• Experience with Group or Subsidiary industrial management systems
