About the Company

Multimoney Forex is a leader in foreign exchange services and part of the Multicon Group. Licensed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as an Authorized Dealer Category II Foreign Exchange House, the company operates a strategic network of 30 branches across India, providing seamless currency exchange and remittance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic, operational, and financial performance of the organization
• Identify new business avenues in retail, B2B, remittance, and travel-related forex
• Oversee daily operations of forex branches and digital channels
• Own sales and revenue targets across all branches and channels
• Ensure company-wide adherence to RBI, FEMA, and related regulatory standards
• Lead cross-functional teams including Regional Heads, Sales Managers, and Compliance Officers
• Review profitability, cost structures, and revenue growth
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Forex
• At least 6 years in senior leadership roles (COO, Business Head, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience managing multi-branch operations
• Deep knowledge of RBI and FEMA guidelines
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA or CA preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting
