Deputy Agency Director

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for environmental services, including sanitation, industrial cleaning, waste management, and property maintenance.
• Supervise field teams (team leaders, drivers, technicians, and operators) to ensure skill development, cohesion, and a strong safety culture.
• Optimize the organization of human and material resources to meet contractual commitments.
• Drive local business development by identifying opportunities and managing relationships with industrial clients and local authorities.
• Monitor activity profitability, manage operational budgets, and report performance metrics to the Agency Director.

Requirements

• Bac +5 or Engineering degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental services or industrial services for local authorities.
• Proven experience in field management of operational teams and sites.
• Strong service culture with a focus on client satisfaction and proximity.
• Pragmatic, result-oriented personality with the ability to make quick, structured decisions in complex environments.
