Deputy Account Manager – Shopee, Personal Care

Responsibilities

• Accelerate strategic account management and execution for Unilever Personal Care on the Shopee platform to deliver sales and digital metrics.
• Negotiate annual Joint Business Plans (JBP), trading terms, and funding.
• Drive sales optimization through assortment management, pricing deployment, and strategic promotional activities.
• Manage end-to-end Personal Care assets within Digital Asset Management systems, ensuring proper tagging, version control, and accessibility.
• Plan and execute mega campaigns, coordinating vouchers, bundles, and demand generation support.
• Ensure all digital assets comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and Shopee platform specifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Supply Chain, and Media teams to align priorities.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• 1–8 years of experience in Digital Asset Management, ecommerce operations, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience working with marketplace or ecommerce platforms.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and governance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
