Depot Technician

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, and dispatch clinical trial materials, ancillaries, and lab kits
• Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate documentation
• Manage inventory and support various packaging and labeling activities
• Assist with material destruction, recalls, and returns processes
• Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics environments
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of GxP guidance or a strong willingness to learn
• Must be a German resident with permanent work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS)
