Depot Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a small team through ongoing mentoring, coaching, and support
• Ensure maximum operational uptime and processing volumes through efficient team management
• Manage all depot WHS governance, practices, and continuous improvements
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Work hands-on with the team during high work volume periods
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment for both staff and customers
• Troubleshoot Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) issues in coordination with Technicians
• Ensure strict compliance with TOMRA SAFE Standards and Guidelines

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
• Proven customer service experience, including handling customer complaints
• Strong time management skills and a drive for personal achievement
• Ability to undergo a mandatory Police Check and Pre-employment Medical assessment

Preferred Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Frontline Management or an equivalent field
