Depot Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all Great Bear operational activities on site
• Oversee Health & Safety, personnel issues, and facilities
• Maintain high levels of quality, compliance, and audit standards
• Set and meet financial targets through effective cost management
• Manage customer relationships and conduct regular performance reviews
• Drive continuous improvement and implement new operational initiatives
• Manage and develop existing management teams and employee relations
• Ensure Operator Licence compliance and adherence

Requirements

• Proven track record managing high-volume, service-driven transport operations
• Experience working closely with customers to improve relationships
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Strong leadership skills with positive personal attributes
• Excellent communication skills for all levels of conversation
• Experience with Open-book and closed book contracts
• Strong numerical and commercial skills
