Deposition/Plating Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Establish process conditions and improve equipment for SAW/BAW device deposition and plating processes to ensure stability and quality
• Approach equipment improvement and stabilization from both process and equipment perspectives to reduce inter-tool variation
• Develop monitoring methods for process and equipment status using FDC and equipment logs
• Establish optimal process flows, including the definition of measurement methods
• Drive cost reduction initiatives related to deposition/plating processes and equipment

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in BAW/SAW filter or semiconductor process/equipment technology (specifically deposition or plating processes)
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to approach challenges proactively and positively
• Ability to implement solutions that optimize the entire organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in equipment monitoring using FDC or equipment log data in processes other than deposition/plating
• Experience building APC (Advanced Process Control) methods or systems
• English proficiency suitable for business communication
