About the role
Responsibilities
- Research and correct non-post items for DDA, SAV, SDB, and LAS applications
- Review remote deposits made by business customers and place Reg. CC holds
- Perform exception report reviews and account reconcilement
- Verify maintenance and new account input for Stop Payments and 1099
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and in person to internal and external customers
- Conduct CIP review, TIN Uncertified, and External Transfer reviews
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Windows-based programs preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous banking experience
