About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Research and correct non-post items for DDA, SAV, SDB, and LAS accounts
- Print, review, and mail customer interest checks
- Review mobile deposits and process domestic collection items
- Complete research requests for banks and resolve customer service issues
- Perform account reconcilement and review stop payment reports
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Strong accuracy and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Windows-based programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous banking experience
- Experience with balancing and reconcilement
