Deposit and Payment Operations Administrator

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of Maker for assigned activities with diligence and accuracy
• Execute the checking process on operational issues escalated by junior team members
• Perform reconciliation of all daily pending transactions
• Work closely with overseas branches to process and execute transactions according to Bank SLAs and quality standards
• Support the Head of Department in achieving KPIs and managing the department's risk profile
• Assist in reviewing resourcing issues, internal policies, and system capabilities for new product offerings
• Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation
• Provide suggestions to improve and streamline operational processes
• Adhere to all company policies, system controls, and banking regulations

Requirements

• Experience in banking operations, specifically within deposits or payments
• Proven ability to perform transaction reconciliations and manage operational issues
• Strong understanding of industry trends, relevant laws, and financial regulations
• Ability to adhere strictly to company policies and internal controls
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality standards
