Grotto AI is a vertical AI company that provides a platform to supercharge multifamily apartment teams. By guiding leasing agents in real-time during calls and tours, the platform helps build rapport and increase lease conversion rates. Having recently raised a $10M seed round, Grotto is scaling its impact in the rental housing industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementations and onboarding to get new customers live and configured
• Conduct training sessions to ensure leasing teams are excited and proficient with the platform
• Provide ongoing support and proactively monitor usage and engagement signals
• Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by feeding insights back to Product and Sales teams
• Define and set the standard for customer deployment processes as the company scales
