Deployment & Testing Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and integration of wireless backhaul solutions including Microwave, E-Band, UBR, Li-Fi, and FSO technologies
• Handle installation, commissioning, SAT, FAT, and network optimization activities
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance using KPIs such as RSSI, SNR, throughput, and link availability
• Configure and manage IP networking components including VLANs, QoS, and SNMP-based monitoring tools
• Coordinate with OEMs, engineering teams, customers, and field teams for seamless project execution
• Develop and maintain deployment SOPs, testing procedures, and documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in wireless backhaul deployment and integration
• Strong knowledge of Microwave, E-Band, UBR, Li-Fi, and FSO technologies
• Expertise in IP networking fundamentals, SNMP, VLANs, and QoS configuration
• Experience in network troubleshooting, performance optimization, and field project coordination
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
• Familiarity with Ericsson and Ceragon solutions
• Experience in site integration, acceptance testing, and quality audits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
