Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small team of Deployment Strategists through regular feedback and professional development
• Own high-impact implementations end-to-end, including onboarding, process mapping, and ERP integrations
• Drive continuous improvement by refining playbooks and standardizing workflows with the VP of Client Services
• Serve as a customer SME to translate accounting and revenue recognition needs into configuration decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to identify product gaps and prioritize enhancements
• Measure and elevate team performance by tracking delivery metrics and implementing process changes
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing practices to build for scale

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or professional services at SaaS or fintech companies
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team while maintaining direct project ownership
• Strong technical and accounting fluency, specifically regarding ASC 606, order-to-cash workflows, or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks)
• Proven ability to manage complex client implementations end-to-end
• Excellent communication skills for both finance and technical stakeholders
• Based in New York City and available to work 5 days per week in office at the Soho HQ

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in accounting or finance software
• CPA or Big Four experience
