About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Windows 10 to Windows 11 workstation migrations
- Verify hardware and software compatibility before migration
- Use SCCM for remote migrations
- Prepare, configure, and install new Windows 11 workstations on-site
- Provide first-level technical support and user assistance for Windows 11
- Manage hardware stocks, updates, repairs, and replacements
- Perform inventory and IT asset updates
- Coordinate and report on intervention progress
Requirements
- Minimum Bac +2 degree in IT
- At least 6 years of experience as an IT deployment support technician
- Expertise in Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration
- Proficiency in Windows environments and Office 365
- Experience with SCCM and ticket management tools
- Knowledge of deployment scripts and automation
- Ability to travel frequently (service vehicle provided)
