Responsibilities
- Own customer success and support as the primary technical resource post-sale
- Drive renewals and expansion by turning strong adoption into increased footprint
- Build systems that scale support through tooling, automation, and playbooks
- Ship product changes by modifying production code to fix bugs and build features
- Enable customer self-sufficiency through training sessions and documentation
Requirements
- Startup experience in a customer-facing or technical role
- Strong technical foundation with ability to troubleshoot production code, databases, and APIs
- Ability to write code and automation to create scalable systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- High agency in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment
- Experience writing production code or building internal tooling
- Experience owning renewals or commercial relationships
- Familiarity with IT, security, service management, or workflow automation
