Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the deployment lead for a portfolio of large, fast-growing defense and space companies
• Own post-sale relationships including onboarding, training, enterprise adoption, expansion, and renewals
• Coordinate complex product onboarding paths for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies
• Lead commercial upsell and cross-sell expansions within existing accounts
• Monitor customer health metrics to increase retention and reduce churn
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap

Requirements

• 1-3 years of consulting or strategy experience, ideally within traditional or large-scale industries
• Proven experience navigating C-suite environments and pitching ROI
• High agency and the ability to context switch extremely fast
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch and execute quickly
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times per month for client engagements
• Ability to work in-person 5 days per week at our San Francisco office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading software deployments within large enterprise organizations
