Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Own customer engagements end-to-end by designing and delivering implementations aligned to customer workflows
• Design and build AI agents on Serval's platform to drive real value
• Advise customers on AI strategy to guide adoption and scaling
• Lead migration plans to ensure seamless adoption of the platform
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to turn field learnings into repeatable processes

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience
• 5+ years in a relevant role such as product, engineering, consulting, or founder
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to read and troubleshoot production code, analyze code paths, database state, and API requests/responses
• Working knowledge of APIs, REST, IAM, and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an early-stage startup environment
• Experience writing production code
• Background working with enterprise customers or complex technical sales cycles
• Familiarity with IT, security, service management, or workflow automation
