Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer deployments from discovery through production launch
• Partner with customers to translate business goals into scalable AI-powered workflows
• Design conversational workflows, automation strategies, and deployment architectures
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives and operational leaders
• Build ROI models and business cases to quantify AI automation impact
• Partner with Sales during pre-sales engagements and solution scoping
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to unblock deployments
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product recommendations
• Develop repeatable deployment playbooks and best practices

Requirements

• Experience in deployment, implementation, solutions consulting, or product management
• Experience writing requirements, implementation plans, or project specifications
• Experience building business cases or performing ROI analysis
• Ability to navigate technical conversations and understand LLM prompting
• Strong communication skills for interacting with executives and technical teams
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
