Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Run kickoff calls and set expectations with new customers on scope, timeline, and success metrics
• Own the end-to-end configuration and setup of the product for each new account
• Build and manage deployment project plans to ensure hitting go-live dates
• Present progress updates to customer stakeholders ranging from operators to executives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and workflow issues during implementation
• Train end users to ensure product adoption
• Identify and flag deployment risks or customer disengagement early
• Hand off stable customers to the Customer Success team
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on deployment patterns

Requirements

• 2+ years in a SaaS implementation, deployment, or onboarding role
• Hands-on experience running the full software implementation lifecycle
• Experience managing project plans and running structured kickoff calls
• Proven track record of hitting deployment deadlines
• Strong ownership instinct and ability to solve technical/workflow issues independently
• Ability to learn complex products quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple concurrent deployments
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the NYC area for a five-day-a-week in-office role
