About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of transformative virtual assistants at scale, from high-stakes PoCs to deployments handling hundreds of thousands of calls daily.
- Advise Fortune 500 customers on reshaping their customer service organizations using executive presence and strategic knowledge.
- Act as the single point of accountability for delivery, bridging the gap between client expectations and engineering teams.
- Serve as the voice of the client, understanding their value drivers and rallying the PolyAI team to meet their needs.
- Track and report on critical metrics including value-driven success, utilization, adoption, and account health.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams to determine the best technical solutions for business needs.
- Raise the bar for agent design, solutions consulting, and engineering to ensure the best possible voice experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, transformative projects, ideally within AI or regulated environments.
- Exceptional storytelling and narrative abilities used to win complex pilots and accounts.
- Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments and simplify complex, dynamic workflows.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to recognize patterns across a broad customer base.
- High attention to detail and a deep obsession with delivering customer value.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer service or process automation, particularly involving AI.
- Knowledge of project management principles and product solution prioritization.
- Background in customer success or account management with an understanding of GRR and NRR metrics.
- Experience acting as an escalation point for account or delivery risks.
- Interest in consumer tech, design, and user behavior.
