Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle implementations, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption across customer organizations
• Partner with customer leadership teams to define deployment plans and rollout strategies
• Develop and deliver training programs that empower customer teams to effectively use the platform
• Serve as the voice of the customer by partnering closely with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions
• Tackle technical challenges during implementation to keep deployments on track
• Manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and implementation playbooks

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a hybrid customer facing deployment role (solutions engineering, implementation, technical consulting, or customer success)
• Ability to bridge technical and business conversations
• Experience managing client relationships and driving projects from kickoff to execution
• Comfort working with data and analytical tools
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
• High ownership mindset
• Experience in startups or high growth environments is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL
• Healthcare industry experience
