Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Land big clients (Global 2000) and ensure their AI transformation succeeds
• Manage stakeholders across business and tech (CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, VP Support)
• Translate customer needs into reusable platform product capabilities
• Build prototypes, make product changes, and create business plans hands-on
• Represent customers to Parloa Product and represent Parloa Product to customers
• Navigate ambiguity in agentic AI workflows, ROI models, and change management
• Influence cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
• Feed validated learnings to the product roadmap

Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in enterprise software (solution architecture, product, or consulting)
• Proven track record of customer-facing delivery
• Ability to translate customer outcomes into product reality
• Experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders
• Architectural credibility to scope features and assess feasibility
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Hands-on execution capability including building prototypes and making product changes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in travel, fintech, insurance, retail, healthcare, or telecom
• Experience at hypergrowth companies or industry-changing organizations
• Background as a Palantir Deployment Strategist or AWS/GCP Solutions Architect
• Technical understanding of Python, TypeScript, Terraform, K8s, Azure, or AWS
• Experience with LLM pipelines, agentic AI deployment, and prompt engineering
