Responsibilities

• Own the rollout, success, and expansion of Pace’s agents at large insurance customers
• Translate customer operations and pain points into clear product requirements and priorities
• Lead demos, pilots, and business reviews to articulate ROI and operational impact to stakeholders
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive the roadmap and surface platform improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Experience operating at the intersection of customers, product, and GTM
• Ability to communicate clearly with executives, operators, and technical teams
• High autonomy and a strong bias to action
• Ability to turn complex, real-world workflows into executable steps
• High-ownership mindset focused on outcomes
