Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Own strategic accounts as the single point of contact from onboarding through renewal and expansion
• Act as the voice of the customer to advocate for pressing needs across the company
• Define and track ROI metrics including booked revenue and ticket value lift via dashboards
• Lead executive conversations, QBRs, and handle escalations to prevent churn
• Identify new use-cases and partner with engineering and sales to drive product advocacy
• Coordinate engineering, data, and GTM resources to deliver measurable value on aggressive timelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building, scaling, or investing in essential service businesses (e.g., home services, healthcare, automotive)
• Background in PE, investment banking, consulting, or industry roles requiring financial modeling and KPI dissection
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools to translate data into executive-ready insights
• Proven track record of managing high-stakes issues and aligning multiple stakeholders
