Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Act as the GM for customer engagements, owning the full lifecycle from initial demo and implementation to massive expansion
• Run high-impact demos and conduct onsite visits to translate customer workflows into clear architectures and POCs
• Drive implementation plans and manage deliverables across product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure successful launches
• Manage account growth by monitoring adoption, running QBRs, and identifying paths to scale accounts from zero to one hundred
• Serve as a feedback loop by bringing sharp customer insights to product and engineering to accelerate iteration cycles

Requirements

• Versatile experience spanning engineering, product, and GTM functions
• Ability to read code and reason about APIs effectively
• Entrepreneurial mentality with founder-level ownership and a customer-obsessed mindset
• Ferociously curious approach to learning and innovation

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in fintech, trading systems, or enterprise SaaS
• Background in Forward Deployed Engineering, Product Management, Investment Banking, or Trading at Tier 1 firms
• Working fluency in Python or TypeScript and comfort with modern API design
• Proven track record of presenting to senior stakeholders or leading onsite workshops
