Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic customer engagements and lead enterprise deployments from initial adoption to scaled organizational impact
• Spend significant time with customers to deeply understand their workflows, operational bottlenecks, and highest-priority problems
• Help customers rethink how work gets done with AI-native workflows and Lovable-powered solutions
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to scope, prototype, and implement solutions
• Work with Product and Engineering to bring customer learnings back into the core product
• Lead onboarding, enablement, and training sessions to ensure durable adoption
• Present recommendations and results to stakeholders ranging from operators to C-suite executives

Requirements

• Experience leading strategic customer engagements in high-growth SaaS, AI, consulting, or transformation-focused environments
• Track record of driving adoption, organizational change, renewals, and expansion across Enterprise accounts
• Ability to deeply understand customer workflows and operational challenges
• Technical ability to collaborate with engineers to scope and prototype solutions
• Strong communicator capable of translating technical capabilities into business outcomes
• Comfortable running workshops, onboarding sessions, and QBRs
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous enterprise environments

• Experience with enterprise transformation work or strategy/consulting-style engagements
