Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Meet with senior client leaders and operational teams to identify critical problems and workflows
• Own end-to-end customer deployments including discovery, solution design, configuration, and rollout
• Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable pipelines
• Build customized workflows for patient services, clinical operations, and HCP enablement
• Drive analytics on deployment performance to measure outcomes and identify bottlenecks
• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor for life sciences customers
• Serve as the dedicated customer success owner driving adoption, retention, and renewals
• Partner with regulatory, quality, and compliance teams to ensure GxP, HIPAA, and FDA standards are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of experience in life sciences consulting and customer-facing strategy/implementation
• Experience leading complex implementations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with comfort using data to drive decisions
• Proficiency with programming, scripting, or analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel 25–50%, including overnight and out-of-state trips
• Expertise in at least one life sciences field (clinical trials, patient services, HCP enablement, or med devices)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with life sciences data standards and workflows
• Background at companies with forward-deployed models or top life sciences consulting firms
• Experience deploying or scaling AI, ML, or enterprise SaaS products
• Startup experience and comfort building from scratch
• Familiarity with regulations such as GxP, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and FDA/EMA processes
