Hanover Park builds AI systems that run the financial operations of the world’s most sophisticated investment firms. As an AI-enabled service and fund administrator, we’ve become the way fund CFOs adopt AI.

Responsibilities

• Own customer outcomes from kickoff through go-live and beyond to turn signed deals into reference accounts
• Write specs with engineering to unlock customer value and ship features rapidly
• Build SOPs from scratch for workflows such as capital calls, NAV close, audit prep, and GP reporting
• Train CFOs and finance teams on using Hanover Park's MCP within Claude/GPT for daily workflows
• Partner directly with product and engineering to prioritize customer needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a founder, FDE, IB/PE associate, consultant, product manager, or engineer
• High agency and ability to work without constant direction
• Fluency in investment firm operations (funds, GPs, LPs, capital calls, distributions, NAV)
• Ability to communicate effectively with high-level CFOs regarding AI workflows
• Strong bias to ship and prototype solutions quickly
• Extreme customer obsession and commitment to building trust
