About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the post-sales journey for strategic accounts and lead their transformation to agent-native engineering
- Map Factory into the customer's software development lifecycle and drive adoption
- Design deployment plans that address friction in how customers build software
- Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to manage technical relationships
- Build repeatable playbooks and automate operational work to monitor consumption
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to translate field insights into product capabilities
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation in the software development lifecycle and systems design
- Ability to reason fluently about enterprise software building and shipping processes
- Product manager mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in technical product management, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or engineering
- Ability to thrive in unstructured, high-growth startup environments
- Experience working with engineers and stakeholders to drive technical solutions
