About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to perform deep discovery and quantify business value for C-suite clients
- Define Minimum Viable Product (MVP), success criteria, and timelines for pilots
- Author PRDs and prioritize engineering backlogs to guide the FDE build team
- Manage agile project execution and act as the primary escalation manager for technical or political issues
- Drive solution adoption by capturing user feedback and iterating on the product
- Create customer documentation and identify future high-value engagements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Deployment Strategist, founder, or in a high-growth startup environment
- Strong background in senior, client-facing product or delivery roles
- Experience in value-based scoping (TCO/ROI)
- Proficiency in managing agile software projects and writing PRDs
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for C-suite engagement
