About the role
About the Company
Conversion is the AI-native marketing automation platform for modern software companies. Our platform lets growth teams run their entire go-to-market motion in one place, from acquisition through retention, with AI agents doing the work that legacy tools like Marketo, HubSpot, and Pardot can't.
Responsibilities
- Sales enablement: Partner with the sales team to help close deals and execute proof-of-concepts for enterprise customers.
- Customer migration: Orchestrate the transition from a customer’s existing marketing infrastructure onto Conversion, acting as the bridge between their teams and our engineers.
- Customer success: Advise marketing teams on how to use the platform to 10x their marketing efforts in a post-LLM world.
- Product shaping: Work closely with engineering and product to shape the product using customer feedback.
Requirements
- Ability to thrive cross-functionally with engineering, growth, and product teams
- Background in software engineering or related technical studies, with a preference for customer-facing work over pure coding
- Passion for helping customers succeed with new technology
Benefits
- Base Salary $150K – $190K
