Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor
• Drive complex implementations from kickoff to launch, building project plans and success metrics
• Translate business processes across IT, HR, finance, and operations into deployment priorities
• Partner with FDEs to connect customer goals to technical implementation
• Lead executive check-ins, working sessions, and cross-functional customer meetings
• Identify risks early and bring structure to ambiguous customer environments
• Track adoption, ROI, and automation coverage to drive long-term expansion
• Feed customer learnings back to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise customer success, implementation, or strategy and operations
• Proven experience owning complex projects with senior stakeholders
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to create practical paths to impact
• Strong project management instincts and ability to manage competing priorities
• Precise communication skills for both operators and executives
• Technical fluency regarding systems, workflows, integrations, and AI product behavior
• High sense of ownership and ability to move with urgency
