Deployment Strategist

About the Company

Conduct is building the AI operating system that absorbs the complexity of legacy enterprise systems, allowing the world's largest companies to move at the speed of their ideas. Based in London and NYC, we are a high-velocity, talent-dense team that recently raised a $60M Series A.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deployments within complex enterprise environments to ensure product adoption and success
• Manage strategic accounts from early onboarding through post-sale ownership
• Onboard hundreds of end users and surface signals for account expansion
• Provide product insights to the engineering team to directly shape the product roadmap
• Build scalable deployment engines, including onboarding flows, tooling, and reusable playbooks

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., deployment-heavy, forward-deployed, or technical account management)
• Deep understanding of enterprise technology, ERP, or similarly complex software environments
• Strong commercial instinct with the ability to identify expansion opportunities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build processes and tooling
• Ability to navigate and solve problems within highly complex technical systems
